The Lettings Process
  
     
 

The 'Letting Process' has been devised in such a way that both tenant and landlord, throughout the process, are kept up to speed on all developments. Thus ensuring that both parties receive no unexpected complications, delays or expense.

The process is simply split into two stages. The first being the search for your perfect home and the second guiding you through the formalities until your move in date.

To begin the process, simply fill out the form below and click send. From initial feedback we will email you with suitable properties that match your requirements.

VIEWINGS

We are open at times to suit you - 10am to 7pm weekdays and 10am - 1pm on Saturdays, convenient for viewings after work and at weekends.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Once you have found your perfect home, a security deposit of 1 months rent is required. This will be protected in the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) until the end of your tenancy.

TENANT APPLICATION

We will ask you to complete a Tenant Application, where we will carry out referencing on your behalf. Click here to download
PLEASE NOTE there is a non-refundable charge of £100.00 per person for referencing.

TENANT AGREEMENT

Once referencing has been approved, we will draw up a contract for you and the landlord to sign.

INVENTORY

An inventory of contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both the tenant and landlord.

RENT

Rent is paid monthly, with the first month paid in advance, due on the date you move in. Going forward you will be required to set up a Standing Order direct to the landlord.

COMPLETION

Congratulations, the keys are handed over and you can now move into your new home!
